Yogurt Mill is a family-owned soft serve company from California's central valley. They came to us with the desire to introduce acai bowls to their menu as a healthier option for the community.
Through research and development, we found the best quality acai and from there we built and created a few acai bowls. We wanted the process of making the bowls to be easy and as fast as possible for the crew to help ensure that the taste and accuracy were on point every time.
We started with blending the bowls, then we moved to the scoop-able acai to then arrive at the best option, which was coming straight from the soft serve machine.
The first 3 we created were the Cali protein, Honey bee, and Nutella love bowls. Since those were such a hit we went on to create the Berrylicious, Hawaiian Hula bowl and Rainbow bowl!
